You will always know where your build is at.
You work with the builder throughout, never handed off to a project manager on a volume line. Follow every stage in Wunderbuild, our project management software, talk directly with Patrik, and see decisions documented as they happen, with precision tech on site keeping every detail exact.

We come in before the design is locked. Design already done? No worries. We can work with that.

We work with your architect to align the design with your budget, or introduce you to a trusted partner.

Cost tested at every meaningful decision through concept and approvals.

A fixed-price HIA or MBA contract, Patrik on site, and a relationship that lasts beyond completion.
A detailed estimate with minimal provisional sums, then a formal HIA or MBA fixed-price contract, so you can plan with confidence.

Meet Patrik.
I started Hållbar with a simple conviction: that homes on the South Coast could be built to a higher standard than the industry took for granted. Drawing on my Swedish heritage, where homes are designed to perform in some of the most demanding climates on earth, I kept seeing the same thing here. Homes leaking energy, built to a minimum code that European builders would treat as a starting point.
I decided that if my name was going on a build, it would be built the way I believe homes should be: healthy, considered, and fit for the lives lived inside them.
Treena and I run Hållbar together, with a small crew. When you get in touch, it is one of us who replies.
